Reviews and Ratings
I had a great time at this adults-only smart-line hotel with lovely staff, especially the hardworking bar team. The room was clean but slightly worn. The service was exceptional, with the friendly cleaning staff making my stay welcoming, particularly Hussein. The hotel's location was convenient with good availability of sunbeds, although the loungers were a bit cheap. The dining experience offered plentiful and enjoyable options. The facilities were satisfying, but some areas showed signs of overuse.
The hotel offers very basic rooms with hard beds, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Guests need to reserve sunbeds early in the morning to secure a spot, and the bar area gets crowded quickly. Limited entertainment options, with only bingo twice a week. Food quality is acceptable, but it tends to be served lukewarm. Annoyances include restricted drink orders for larger groups and the use of plastic cups at night instead of glassware. Guests must purchase bottled water from a nearby shop as it is not provided by the hotel. Air conditioning was turned off midway through the stay, and extra charges to reactivate it were not allowed. However, the split accounts service was efficient and the staff, especially the hardworking bar team, were friendly and accommodating.
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with modern decor. The staff are friendly and on hand to assist, but there are some limitations such as hard beds and issues with air conditioning. The location is perfect for beach access, but lacks evening entertainment. The dining experience is average, with repetitive options. Overall, it's a mixed bag of positives and negatives.
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were clean, though a bit compact, and the staff, especially the bar team, were fantastic and hardworking. I enjoyed the entertainment, although it was disrupted by early construction noise on a couple of mornings. The evenings provided a mix of activities, but we had to go to the sister hotel for Greek night on the last evening.
The hotel's location is pretty good, being 3 km from Kos Town. The rooms are very basic, with very hard beds and an unpleasant smell of sewage. The lack of entertainment and strict drink policy was quite disappointing. On the bright side, the food was okay, even though it was never served hot.
